Unless prior arrangements have been made, normal check-in is after 4:00 p.m. If this is an inconvenience, please call for additional help in planning your arrival. Usual check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Baggage can easily be stored before or behind either time dependent upon the needs of any visitor. In all circumstances, Beaver Creek Lodge will work with you to create a timetable that is acceptable to both you and other guests at the lodge.

Reservations:
Reservations can be made year-round. The majority of our guests who stay with us book a year in advance. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Deposits:
Your reservation will be penciled in for the time / date of your requests if openings are available. To confirm and hold your reservation date a 50% deposit is required 120 days before your arrival date.

If your arrival is within 120 days of your visit, the guarantee deposit will be required at the time reservations are made. VISA, MASTERCARD or a personal check will hold your reservation.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your reservation before 60 days of your visit, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation charge. Any cancellation made between 31 - 60 days of your arrival a refund of 50% of your deposit will be made. Any cancellation made within 30 days of your visit, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

This policy is necessary to insure guest's bookings are confirmed with no conflicts. Most people make airline reservations months in advance to secure their flight itinerary, best travel rates and to also confirm their lodging. Last minute reservations requests can not always be accommodated.

Breakfast: $12.00 per person if you desire our famous Alaska Size Breakfasts.
(Fresh Kona Coffee is provided each morning either with or without breakfast)

Kitchen: A full service kitchen is available if you desire to cook any or all your
meals. Outdoor BBQ grills are also available. This charge is $15.00 a day per room.
